IL GIARDINO DEL BERGAMOTTO
From our olives (Sinopolese cultivar) a tasty extra virgin olive oil has been produced and flavoured with bergamot by leaving bergamot peels peeled alive in infusion for 20 days.
It is a light and slightly aromatic dressing to be used raw on fish, salads, and grilled vegetables.
Exceptional on fish and salads. (100 ml format)
