Small seedless oranges with very fine peel join bergamot in the preparation of this marmalade, whose fruit is used in its entirety without discarding anything.

Suitable for energetic breakfasts or to accompany cheeses, it preserves the organoleptic properties of bergamot and its beneficial effects.
